My order failed. What can I do?

The two most common reasons for failed payments are:

  1. Authentication Required: “The customer’s bank declined the transaction”
  2. Insufficient Funds: “The account did not have sufficient funds to cover the transaction amount”

If our system received your order, we will send you an email with your checkout link. Simply follow this link, if you have already checked these things and want to try again.
