DAY 16 – [RAFFLE] MELDA PRODUCTIONS
Today we have the second part of our SFX ADVENT CALENDAR RAFFLE. We present to you some of our sound designers’ favorite plugins and why they love working with them. And that’s not the highlight yet: we’ll be raffling some grand plugin licenses and you could be the lucky winner!

Today’s the day: we’re raffling off two great plugins for one winner: The fantastic 99,00$ MStereoSpread and the 60,00$ MStereoGenerator. Read on to learn what Michael likes so much about the two plugins and how he uses them in his daily workflow:

MStereoGenerator
„The MStereoGenerator by Melda Productions helps you to analyze and improve the stereo image of stereophonic tracks. It’s a great tool which, used subtly and applied consciously, will definitely make a difference for the better in giving your tracks an extra touch of excellent “stereo”. It generates stereo information that makes your tracks sound wider, or can also help you to narrow the stereo field if required. An additional 6 band EQ and a soft saturator will let you tweak the sound even further. The MStereoGenerator comes with a superb package of analyzers which create a clear visual feedback of what you’re doing. And last but not least there are 4 modulators which let you assign every parameter to an LFO, envelope, follower, random or pitch control. You won’t be disappointed by this package of audio tools.”
MStereoSpread
“The MStereoSpread by Melda Productions is a multiband stereo imager which lets you adjust the stereo image and also add an exciter width in 4 individual bands. If you’re in need of a stereo image adjustment covering the whole frequency spectrum, no problem – you’ll find faders for gain, panorama widening and an exciter that will affect the whole signal. To get to the heart of it: the MStereoSpread is, without a doubt, a very neat tool to work with.
Unlike the MStereoGenerator, the MStereoSpread does not generate stereo information so using both makes the perfect match. First of all, you generate the stereo information with the MS Generator and afterwards you can easily tweak the sound according to your own taste: be it widening or narrowing, adding the exciter or tweaking the gain of each individual band.
